  Allies of NDA should get a respectable share in the Central Government:

 JD(U) Chief Minister Nitish Kumar's Janata Dal United, the second largest constituent of the BJP-led NDA, on Saturday said the alliance partners should have a "respectable" share in the Union Council of Ministers. A statement to this effect was given by Nitish Kumar's close aide RCP Singh amid discussions on cabinet expansion at the Centre. Singh had succeeded Kumar as the national president of the JD(U) when the chief minister quit the party's top post, long before the end of his term earlier this year.


Figures still doubtful', High Court dissatisfied over number of covid dead in Bihar:

During the hearing, the court said that still these figures do not look accurate and true, but look suspicious. However, on behalf of the government, the Advocate General admitted that there was a mistake and the guilty officers would not be spared. The court said that if there was no direction from the court, then such lapse would never have been exposed. The hearing of this matter will also take place on Saturday.
